How I can back my money from application. If I didn’t use them? I first time in this situation. I downloaded application-from beginning for free after week they wrote me what it’s will be for 30$. But I thought what system don’t take my money from card automatic!!!! I thought system will ask me for agree again! I was cancel this application after 2 days what they take my money. And I’m so sad what I lost my money for nothing! I want back my money. Please help me

I assume you've stopped its auto-renewal if you no longer want the subscription.
