Can’t get a refund

I accidentally bought the full version of an app called PicsArt for quite a bit of money, I have checked several sites but because I’ve already purchased it I can’t find anything that says I can get a refund. When i went onto apple support and clicked on report an issue and the closest option I could get was ‘i accidentally renewed this subscription’ how can I get a refund??
