This may be a silly question but the 2018 13'' has the following stats

"2.5GHz dual-core Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 4.0GHz"

what is the equivalent Intel generation?

It must be macbook pro 2017 13 ".

The macbook pro 2018 13" was use quad core.
