Apple Music Deleted Songs Still Showing Up on Mac and iPad

I have Apple Music with the iCloud Music Library turned on for my iPhone, iPad, and Mac. When I deleted a bunch of songs off my phone, they did not delete on my iPad and Mac. At the same time, though, when I add songs on my phone, they add automatically on my iPad and Mac. Does anyone know how to make deleted songs automatically delete everywhere? Thanks!

Thanks for replying, vncntromano, and that additional info, it really helps! Since you're still having this issue, please go on your iPad to Settings > Music and make sure Automatic Downloads is turned off. On your Mac, go to the iTunes menu, then click Preferences and then click the Downloads Preferences option and make sure Music is not checked.

Add music to iPhone and listen offline

Automatically download new iTunes Store purchases to multiple computers and devices - iTunes Help

If you're still having this issue, your next step is to contact Apple for further help.

Hello vncntromano,

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are deleting songs off your iPhone, but the songs do not delete on your iPad or Mac. Since you use Apple Music, you need to make sure to delete these songs in the Music app and make sure to use the "Delete from Library" option as this Apple resource explains:

Delete music, movies, and TV shows from your device

Cheers!
