Itunes Card Error

I entered an iTunes card and it was not loading to the next screen and I did not get my funds then when I tried to put in the code again it said it’s already been redeemed even though I have none of the funds. I would like help with this because I do not want to waste all of the money I paid for the card.

If the attempt at redeeming it appeared successful have you tried just logging out and back into the account and seeing if its balance updates ?
