Valid Credit Card Is Connected But Wont Make Any Purchases

I have a valid Card connected to my apple account. But yet when I try to make an in app purchase, it “your purchase can bot be completed” and tells me to contact apple support. What should I do!? Thank you!!

If you haven't already done so you should contact iTunes Support as instructed to do (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
