Trouble with my itunes account acces

When I try to download or update any app, I have a message that says "Your account has been deactivated in iTunes and App Store", I had change my password, I can get to my account, but still remains the same issue

What should I do?

After changing its password you then did : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ?


If you did, contact iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
