itunes subscription

i NEVER ordered itunes. this is the second month they have charged my bank account $9.99 without my permission. It is going to cause my bank account to overdraw. How can I get this to stop?

Perhaps you accepted the free trial but didn't cancel the subscription renewal that would have been set up for it. See Manage your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support.
