Change Apple Support Communities Avatar to your own picture (i.e. Upload your own Photo)

Hi all,

How do you change your Apple Support Communities Profile Avatar to your own custom photo besides those that are provided here? I've seen other users with their own profile pictures and on my preferences, there is no option to upload from my computer.
