Apple Watch S4 (ECG)

I’ve purchased an Apple Watch series 4 today and I’m using it with my iPhone X.

I’m trying to use the ECG feature but I don’t have it anywhere on my devices. I searched online and I was told to delete the beta iOS but I cannot do that. My iOS version is 12.1.2.

Please help.
