calendar help

I can't update my calendars and have a message that says "unable to update account due to missing information.

Any insight?

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to update events in the Calendar app and you get an error message. To help with your situation, please force close the Calendar app and restart your device as iOS clears cached data and does other system optimizations when you turn your device off and on. Then go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts and make sure your accounts listed here have the correct account details and that Calendar is turned on to sync.



Set up multiple calendars on iPhone

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
