Do you mean Trusteer Rapport? This is an IBM security service aimed at financial institutions. They don't state a pricing but offer to quote for you, so you can assume it's very expensive.


And, no, you don't need it. In fact you don't need any anti-virus application - there are no actual viruses for Macs in the wild, and anti-virus programs can therefore do nothing but slow your Mac down.


The biggest threat comes not from viruses but phishing, which aims to fool you into giving away your details by pretending to be a legitimate site. Be cautious about any unsolicited emails and don't follow links in them.


The only protection program worth considering is Malwarebytes, originally written by a member of these forums. I't available in a free version, and will detect and remove any malware you've been tricked into installing.
