How should I remove this partition and merge it into one single disk for mac?

I quit bootcamp while windows was getting installed and now I want to remove the partition it created so that it allows me to install windows again.

Please help me.

  • Step 1

In your specific case, given the current state, try

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC1 disk0s3

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC2 disk0s4

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC3 disk0s5

diskutil mergePartitions jhfs+ BCMP disk0s3 disk0s5

diskutil list

  • Step 2

If you see only disk0s3 as the last entry under disk0, then run

diskutil eraseVolume fat32 BOOTCAMP disk0s3

and retry removing the partition using BC Assistant only.

Thank you bro.

Excellent.

Can you guide me on the installing windows 10 on Macbook pro 2017 model?

I tried through bootcamp method, it showed an error "Unable to copy windows file" . I tried this twice.

Is this before partitioning, or after partitioning, during Windows installation?

I also created a bootable drive, but when I boot using that the keyboard or trackpad ain't working.

I missed just one thing in the bootable drive. I didn't include the Windows support folder in the drive.

2017 Macs do not use a USB installer. Follow the BC Assistant prompts.

Can you help me through the installation process through one of the above methods?

Use the standard methods, Install Windows on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support.
