please my iPhone storage is full. I want to know if I increase my iCloud storage that is not full yet, will my phone storage have more space?

You cannot increase your iPhone Storage except by getting rid of things that are taking up that storage:

No, sorry it won't. iCloud Storage and Phone Storage are entirely different things, and if you are running out of storage on your iOS device, then you would have to purchase one with a higher GB capacity.
