Garageband sound library

In my system information it says I have the Garage Band Sound Library (this is a new MacBook Air 2018 purchased brand new directly from Apple)

I'm using MacOS 10.14.2

Yet when I search for it, it says I don't have that app, and when I go into the Mac App Store it shows the cloud logo to download the software. What's going on?

If you have a GarageBand sound library, it will be installed in the folders

~/Library/Application Support/GarageBand/

or /Library/Application Support/GarageBand/

Some files may also be in

~/Library/Audio/Apple Loops/

or /Library/Audio/Apple Loops/

You may want to check, if these locations are empty.

The Apple Loops may be used by iMovie as well. You may want to keep them, if you are using iMovie.
