PayPal Will Not Connect to My Apple ID
I try to add funds to my apple ID but I get this error: (Also my Apple ID is American and my PayPal is Taiwanese)
See Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support. PayPal is only accepted in some regions, and any payment method needs to be registered in the same region as the iTunes Store you're trying to use it with. iTunes does not support cross border sales.
