How to recover different versions of music playlists?

MAJOR PROBLEM HELP

So I for music I just usually use my music app on my phone and edit playlists/add songs/etc through my phone (daily). It is also somewhat synced to my itunes on my computer. Now here lies my issue, i haven't been on itunes on my computer for a few months and only today went on it to edit the order of my playlist (quicker to do it on a comp) but when my itunes was syncing? everything went fine except for one playlist (the most important ;)). It didn't update my new version from my phone, instead it stayed on an older not updated one... which then over rid my new playlist on my phone. NOW ive lost all these new songs which I can't remember because I did not save them anywhere else.

HOW DO I FIX THIS? can i recover different versions of my playlist?????

I was in the process on backing it up, it does automatically. Which it did with every other playlist but one. So what usually happens is I update playlists on my phone then go to iTunes/computer and back it up and reorder alphabetically.

But with one specific playlist, my iTunes overrid the new updated playlist (from when I updated on my phone). And This iTunes version happened to be the version from my last visit on the computer.

So the playlist definitely existed on my phone but I don’t know about my iTunes/computer device
