Epson WF-3620 not working with OS 10.14.2

Since I upgraded to Mojave 10.14 my Epson printer doesn't print black -- it will print CMY but not K. I have installed the latest Epson driver v10.18 but that doesn't solve the problem. What to do?

I have read that it is advisable to have automatic updates set for Epson printers, and

after the upgrading, for example to Mojave, to check at the Apple app store for 'updates'.

After I upgraded, checked and there were updates, including one for the Epson printer.

Updated there and have checked and no issues with the Espon (XP-420) which I am using.

Sounds like a question for Epson, have you cleaned the print heads and checked the ink levels.

According to the Epson website there are no drivers for Mojave,

https://www.epson.co.uk/support?productID=12580&os=35#drivers_and_manuals

the last available drivers were for High Sierra

https://www.epson.co.uk/support?productID=12580&os=34#drivers_and_manuals

you could try those.

Where did you get the Epson driver v10.18?
