I am trying to by something from itunes and it keeps telling me this can’t be completed so i changed the card to see if it would help but it keeps saying that.... Help!

Is it also telling you to contact iTunes Support ? If it is, and if you haven't already done so, you should contact them : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
