NEED HELP! iPhone X problem with error occurred (14)

I've used iPhone for many years and really love iOS. I have never got problem until the beginning of 2019. I got the problem like picture below that iTune show unknown error occurred (14) and now my iPhone X cannot use anymore. I went to i care and they keep telling me to restore which all data will be deleted, but I really need my data and memorable photos back. I feel so disappointed with firmware update if I have to loose all my data like this. Please kindly help me how to solve this problem.
