Transfer contacts from BTinternet to iCloud

I am converting from a Windows PC to MAC. My contacts are in BTINTERNET contacts and I would like to transfer them to iCloud. I currently sync contacts to my iPAD and iPHONE from BTINTERNET.

iCloud requires a VCARD import file but BTINTERNET only provides a CSV file. iCloud will not process it.

I also tried changing settings on my iPAD to switch iCLOUD Contacts to ON and perform a backup. Nothing happened.

Any ideas?

A call from Apple Support helped me resolve this issue. I created a contacts account using the BTINTERNET contacts site and was able to load all contacts onto the MAC. I now synchronise MAC, iPAD and iPHONE through BT
