iPhone 7 video duplication

My iPhone 7 is duplicating a screen reading and everytime I delete hundreds of the video they show up again minutes later. Is there a way to fix what happening? It’s not on an app I can uninstall it’s my camera roll and I’ve never had this issue before I tried restarting my phone but it doesn’t work
