My screen is zoomed in and will not zoom back out on fcp

My screen will not zoom back out. I've tried everything I could think of and it is still zoomed in. I'm not sure how to explain it so I just linked a picture below. There is this box on the left and it's the only way for me to move the screen. It is only zoomed in on the box that shows my work put together everything else is fine. I'm not sure what I did, but it all of a sudden zoomed in and will not go back. If you know how to fix this and get it back to normal please let me know. Thank you!

Try selecting Fit for the View options:

Fit will give you a view that will show the complete frame size of the Project.

If you mean the viewer, then Alchroma has already given you the answer.

If you mean the whole screen is zoomed in, which is what I think may have happened- i.e. such that, for example, your menu bar is out of view - then you probably accidentally activated this accessibility feature. The default gesture to zoom in is control+two fingers scroll up in the trackpad; for zooming out hold down the control key and do the scroll down gesture in the trackpad.

Then go to the System Preferences->Accessibility and turn the Zoom feature off to prevent it from happening again.
