The dark cylinder Mac Pro was introduced as the late 2013 model.

Your question is made more complex by deciding not to accept the very similar iMacPro as a Mac Pro, which feature large-sized error-correcting memory and a fast multi-core Xeon processor.

Other than the iMac Pro, there have been no Mac Pro models released since the late 2013 model.

Apple has publicly stated there will be some sort of new Mac Pro in 2019.

The Mac Pro 2013 model aka MacPro6,1 was released in 2013. This is still the current Mac Pro model.

It is highly likely some examples of this model have been manufactured since 2013 but this still does not change the fact they are all designated as 2013 models and specification wise identical for all intents and purposes.

There is no official Mac Pro 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, or 2018 model.

There is supposed to be a completely new Mac Pro launched this year and hence will be referred to as a Mac Pro 2019.

If two displays is what you are looking for, why is the iMac Pro with Retina 5K display and support for multiple additional displays not a contender?

2nd Display Support:Dual/Mirroring*2nd Max. Resolution:5120x2880 x2

Details:*This model can simultaneously support the internal display at full native resolution and up to two 5120x2880 (5K) external displays at 60 Hz with support for one billion colors; up to four 3840x2160 (4K UHD) external displays at 60 Hz with support for one billion colors; or four 4096x2304 (4K) external displays at 60 Hz with support for million of colors. It supports both extended desktop (second workspace) and video mirroring (internal display duplicated on the external display) modes.

Many MacBook Pro 15-in and a few 13-in models can connect two displays, some can connect more but may get hot.

A Macintosh computer (except for the most recent MacBook Pro models) that is working properly sounds a distinctive Chime sound when it passes its power-on Self Test. It does not sound other tones or blink a pattern in the power-on light.

The display lights up in the usual way and a solid apple appears on the screen. A number of other screens may appear and then it draws the desktop or invites you to log in.
