I did apple hardware test and I get this Error code: 4MEM/62/40000000: 0x88688f98
Can somebody tell me whats the problem? Is it RAM or what?

It is a ram error, you have a failing, incompatible or loose ram module. Try removing and reseating the ram modules.
Remove the third party ram and retest.

I will try this and I'll see.
I did AHT 'cause I have problems with my Logic Pro X and sometimes when I do update of OSX, its denied and updating is unsuccessfully.
