Bluetooth spinning wheeel and WiFi on off is greeted out

Hi since updating software to latest IOS 12.1.2, my WiFi on off switch is greed out and now recently Bluetooth on off switch is a spinning wheel. Has anyone else experienced this?Thanks for your support.

That usually indicates a hardware failure of the radio microcircuit that controls both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. You should first verify that it is not a software problem with the following steps (stop when one fixes it):

Restart the phone -->Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Settings/General/Reset - Reset network settings (you will have to reënter Wi-Fi passwords, but won't lose anything else)
Backup your phone to iTunes, iCloud or both, then Reset your phone to Factory settings (you can restore your backup later) -->Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

If None of these fix it your phone has a hardware problem.

If the 3nd one fixes it you can restore your backup -->Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support and check again. If the problem comes back you have corrupt data in your backup.
