Quicktime 7 Pro - alternatives.

i am looking for suggestions of OSX programs as simple to use as QuickTime Pro?

i like it's one click "export for web" compression.

there are a few free ones out there but are more complex and none compress as good as QuickTime Pro.

i stitch movies together. Add audio tracks or export just the audio.

simple stuff.

i could learn iMovie but it's overkill. And I don't like the way imovie lists projects in the left-hand side bar. I don't want projects, too confusing for me.
