"Device is unreachable" error message for copying photos from iPhone to Windows PC

"Device is unreachable" is annoyed message for most of the users who try to copy photos from iPhone to Windows PC. Whatever is the method you copy the photos you will not be allowed because of the new format(.HEIC) of photos instead of .jpg.
