I am able to login into a particular website with my MAC but cannot with my iPad. I have tried the following by unblocking:
Prevent Cross Site tracking
Cookies
Ask websites not to track me
Block pop ups
It has been unsuccessful thus far. I have also tried to login via Google Chrome on the IPAD - no joy. I am desperate for any assistance to resolve this matter as i have struggled now for 2 months.

Try double clicking the Home button and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
