Ipad 6th generation can't sync with iTunes

I am trying to sync my iPad 6th generation to my iTunes. I receive an error message stating my iPad does not trust my Mac. How do I fix that?

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! I understand you're unable to sync your iPad with iTunes, as you mentioned you receive an alert which says your iPad doesn't trust your Mac.


It sounds like you may have accidentally selected Don't Trust when you connected your iPad to your Mac. If you reconnect your iPad with your Mac, you should see an alert appear on your iPad asking if you want to trust the computer, as described within the following support article: About the 'Trust This Computer' alert on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If the behavior continues, I suggest to follow the suggestions within the "Change your settings for trusted computers" section of the provided guide.
