Can someone go to their local apple store and get their phone updated?
My phone doesn't want to update and I was wondering if I could go to an apple store and get it updated.

Yes. Apple can help you but make a Genius Bar appointment before you go. You can just walk in, but you could wait for quite a while depending on how busy they are when you get there.
