ios 9.3.5 installing issue

..im tired of installing the IOS 9.3.5 software update to my iphone 4s brand with model(MF266CH/A)..what im supposed to do..can you pls. help me..thank you..

What iOS version is actually running your device? (Settings>General>About>Version)

Read this support guide:

Get help with over-the-air iOS updates - Apple Support

If you still can't update, try to update via computer running latest version of iTunes.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends, or contact your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. They could be able to help you.

What happens when you try? Do you get an error message?

Are you doing it wirelessly or via computer (iTunes)?

..no, i dont get an error message, its just stop immediately and not continue to install..i just doing it via my iphone, in setting mode..i just want to ask if it is possible to install the IOS 9.3.5 to my unit..cause i tried it so many times but nothing is happen..

..for now its run to the ios version 8.4.1..
