Problems with updating apps

Hi! Few months back I got app with subscription with payment.After some time I canceled subscription,without any debts,and I can’t change my payment metod and I can’t get any updates for other my apps,because every time it readdress to payment metods on my AppleID in AppStore.What can I do to fix this problem?

Are the cards issued by a bank in the country you are in? Are the cards credit cards and not debit cards?
