Cracked camera glass on iPhone XS

Astonished to discover cracks in my camera glass around the flash and running up to lens. Phone has alway been babied and lives in a thick Nomad case. Many reports of this on iPhone X and now XS - looks like a design fault to me.

Anyone else?

iPhone XS Camera glass cracking without impact I have an iPhone XS that was purchased about 16 months ago and kept in mint condition up until now. I always had it in an OtterBox case with a tempered glass screen protector, and the glass back doesn’t even have any scratches. I discovered today that in the past couple of days my rear camera glass has cracked from the outside steel band to the top of the main camera lens. I have never dropped it or had any impact to the camera lens, and there are no scratches or marks on it apart from the crack. Why would this have happened? How much would it cost to fix this defect? I can’t find an option to fix it on the Apple website.

crack on iphone 13 main camera glass I have a very small crack on the outer edge of my main camera glass, my camera still works as good as new and there’s no effect on the my images. However, would you say it’s worth getting a repair despite my camera being fine?

Cracked camera Hello I have an iPhone 12 Pro 256 I bought it a couple of months ago but the glass on the back camera cracked is there any way It can be fixed thanks

I had the same, after Apple replaced the screen it started to crack from centre with no impact 10 days after repair costing £145, the Apple Store refused to repair it - they said one hairline crack they would - two they wouldn't.

Would be interested to see the response to your problem.
