I've found some small black dot on my Iphone's screen. What it could be? Do I need to change the phone?

We can't diagnose that kind of issue remotely, but since your device is brand new, I would make an appointment at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your iPXS screen inspected.
