organize photos
I created an album, and I want to move the photos to it. I do not want to copy, I want to move them. Also, now, I am not seeing the album, it is there when I click on add.

Photos does not work that way.
Albums are like playlists in iTunes, they are simply a way of pointing to songs that are in the library. The images in an album are simply pointers to photos in the database. That way you can have the same image in any number of albums.
For example this image:
Might go into a Dec 2019 Folder, a Christmas folder, a Disneyland folder and a train folder. (Keywords would be better, but I am being pedagogical here)
Putting this image into all these folders will not increase my library size since it is only a pointer to the image, not the actual image.
