It's my understanding that you're having some issues with in-app purchases from Dokkan Battle. What happens if you tap Resume or Check Later? You may also what to reach out to the App developer about this issue. Also, check to make sure this isn't a billing issue, are you able to purchase free apps and download them with no issues? This article may also provide some helpful tips: If you don't see your in-app purchases

You might want to contact the developer or publisher of an app for help if you experience one of these issues:

All apps on your iPhone open and function as expected, except for one.
You previously bought a non-consumable in-app purchase and aren't able to restore your purchases in the app.

Use your iOS device to find the support information for developers of iOS, Messages, or Watch apps; your Mac to find information for developers of Mac apps; and your Apple TV for information for developers of Apple TV apps.
