Refund Request

I mistakenly subscribed to the 200gb family storage plan just now for iCloud, I realized I didn't need it, I was deducted and now I want to downgrade to 50gb plan . Please how do I get a refund?

Purchases are considered final but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

If you haven't already done so, to downgrade : Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support
