Just got an email from OrderProcessingEMEIA@apple.*** , minutes after I purchased an Apple Watch. Scam or not?

Hi guys,

Yesterday I've ordered an apple watch from danish apple website (www.apple.com/dk).

Minutes after the purchase I received an email from OrderProcessingEMEIA@apple.*** saying that:

We were unable to process your order with the payment method you provided. You can place a new order with another form of payment on apple.com or by calling *****.

*****

***** or local number *****

The email was in Danish, so I just translated it. I saw couple of discussions with this matter but the person didn't even ask for a credit card details or something else. I tried to call those two numbers under the name ***** and they don't work. I'm really confused because I looked at my orders at apple.com and refreshed the page several times and it normally says that Orders processed - Delivered on 9th of January with Express shipping, which is tomorrow.

I also contacted danish apple customer service and they also looked at my order and saw the same thing that the order is still opened and in process phase and that it shouldn't be a problem.

Did any of you experience this kind of email after the purchase ? Or is it just a scam.
