I have an iMac that I want to factory reset to sell it. I have researched the internet to check for a way to do that without downloading macOS all over again. I found no ways to do so. Is there no way to do so?
I am running on macOS Mojave 10.14.2

You don't need to download macOS.

That requires me downloading macOS Mojave again. I do not want to do that. Is there a workaround this?

You are not supposed to sell a Mac without any operating system installed. It's not fair to the purchaser.
