I subscribed to apple music and everything’s work fine except i can’t download any song when i try tho the download wheel keep spinning and nothing happens.
i tried turing off iCloud librar then on, tried signing out of icloud but nothing works

Get help with iCloud Music Library has some steps that you can try, specifically the section titled “If you can’t download, play, or access songs”.
