Change font size of notes

How do I change the font size of the actual notes?

I followed the instructions below but this only increases the size of the headings.

Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size.
Drag the slider to select the font size you want.

Make the font even bigger

Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Larger Text.
Tap Larger Accessibility Sizes for bigger font options.
Drag the slider to select the font size you want.

I want to be able to increase the size of the actual note as I am typing/reading it.

Not possible in the Apple iOS Notes app.

The iOS Notes app is a barebones notes app with minimal features.

If you need more features from a notes app, like variable text font type and size, colored text, folder organisation and more extensive formatting option, there are lots of third party notes app options that have been around for, at least 6-7 years, now.

Search the iOS App Store and find a third party notes app that meets ALL of your notes needs.
