What does this carrier report mean for my iPhone 8+?

Hi,

I bought a used iPhone 8+ off craigslist and found out later that it was locked to Straight Talk.

It also had a hardware issue, so I took it to apple. Apple replaced my phone and, surprisingly, I was able to activate it on T-Mobile. I paid for carrier report and it shows "Unlocked: true", but "Next Activation Policy" is still Straighttalk. Does this mean it will lock itself back to Straighttalk if i reset it?

Or is it fully unlocked?
