Updating Billing information
I tried updating my billing information for my Apple id Account and it directed me to a website. And I do not know how to fix the issue.

I was directed to www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/ when I tried t change my region from Czechia to UK and also change my payment method to 'None'.
Then contact iTunes Support using the link you posted.
