App help

I downloaded an app that cost 25 dollars after 7 day trial, and I deleted the account once I downloaded the app, but was still charged 7 days later after free trial. The support from the app said I needed to delete the subscription in iTunes, and I want to make sure I have done that, as well as see if I can contact apple about a refund since I deleted the account and app
