When I go from work to home which is 2 miles, the iPhone goes to 1x data and 1 bar. If I toggle airplane mode on and off the iPhone goes back to LTE and 3+ bars. Is this a software issue or should I send the iPhone in to be fixed? It seems like many people are having the same issue.

Thanks so much for your reply. The carrier settings are up to date, however the phone is still doing the same thing.
