Hi there, little__r,

After reading your post, I understand that you're wanting to transfer your iCloud data from one Apple ID to another. I'm happy to help!

If you're thinking of changing your Apple ID from what it currently is to something else, you don't need to transfer your iCloud data. Instead, follow the steps outlined in Change your Apple ID - Apple Support to transition your Apple ID username to a new email address. This will keep all of your current data, as well as purchases and downloads, tied to your new Apple ID without you having to move data manually or re-purchase content.

If you've already created a brand new, separate, Apple ID that you'd like to start using, use the steps outlined in Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support to save your personal information. Once you've done that, you can sign out of the old Apple ID and then into the new one: Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support. Downloads from the iTunes and App Stores are tied to the Apple ID. If you create a new Apple ID, some of your content from the iTunes and App Stores may not work until you delete and redownload the content using the new Apple ID. This may require purchasing content a second time.

Have a great day.
