compressor, time is running but not working

Hi,

since my update to final cut pro 10.4.4 and Compressor to 4.3.3 I have real problems.

When I import the timeline from final cut into Compressor I select a setting and click

start batch. Sometimes Compressor freezes and sometimes it starts running. Time is passing but no encoding. See picture below.

When I just import a single file into compressor than it works.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Compressor, aslo I followed the instructions

Any help is very welcome.

In Compressor, go to Preferences, to Advanced.

Click the "Reset Queue" button.

Run the Cancel All Jobs function.

Click the Reset Queue button again.

This time run the Repair Compressor function.

Run "First Aid" inside of Disk Utility.

Reboot, try again.

Hallo Ben,

Thank's for reply. Have tried this but unfortunately no results.

I have seen quit a few topics with similar problems.

I will wait for a new update, otherwise I am thinking of

making a complete new install on my Mac.

I have not done so for 11 years.

Still, if there is any solution about this Compressor problem

I would be glad to hear.
