Not downloading app in iphone x when connected to mobile data

Hi,

I can not download any app from app store when i connect to mobile data. It stuck in 'downloading' status. But i can download app via wifi network.

I verified in setting -> mobile data -> app store is turned on.

My mobile data working fine. I can browse internet, watch youtube video.

I tried 30 MB apps. But it is not dowloading.

I have done resetting network setting

I have done factory reset using itune.

I tried all. But still no luck

Model: iphone x

IOS version: 12.1.2

iPhone XS

issue is resolved after switching sim card to other service provider. Than i changed back to my old sim card. it started downloading app in mobile data with old sim also. wow. it made trick.
