SMS Icon missing

Hi All,

when my mobile is in lock condition I can't see the sms icon but i can see sms icon. Please let you me know If anybody can support this issue.

Locked Screen phone and text will not ring when screen is locked and do not disturb is off. What setting can I change so I don’t miss texts and calls during the day.
